Organizational questions
- Choose a plan and add to cart. Plans start at a minimum of 2 days.

- Your first delivery arrives two days after the payment
We deliver using our own delivery service daily between 6 and 9 a.m.
The first delivery happens 2 days after the payment goes through.
Each delivery is $5.
We can deliver to a different address on the same day for an additional $5 (total $10).
If you are unavailable on the day of the delivery, your order can be placed on hold.
This means that you will be able to resume your deliveries whenever you become available again after notifying us.
This option only applies to 7 day orders minimum. In order to activate it, you need to email our support team at support@hachfood.com before 12:00 p.m. PST the day before the delivery
- A hold for 1 day is available for orders of at least 7 days
- Holds for 3 different days are available for orders of at least 15 days
- Holds for 7 different days are available for orders of at least 30 days.
Yes, for an additional $5 you can shorten the delivery window to one hour (total $10)

Good nutrition is the foundation of health, vitality and beauty. Food provides nutrients that our bodies utilize as building blocks. These nutrients are necessary for everyday functions. Any element missing may cause lack of energy and eventually lead to health problems. That's why it is so important to have a balanced diet and proper meal preparation. The HachFood menu was developed under the guidance of nutritionists and contains the optimal balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
Either of our 4 meal plans will help you reach your desired goals, as they are created according to the canons of proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle. They contain all the necessary calories and the optimal balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.
Our experts recommend eating every 2.5-3.5 hours during the day.
Questions about products
Hach Food works with trusted suppliers of seasonal fruit, vegetables, and meat. Therefore, all our meals provide exquisite flavors and all the required nutrients. Muscles and internal organs are nourished and maintained due to the perfect balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, with emphasis on proteins.
We do not provide individual adjustments to our meal plans, but we will inform you in advance about the ingredients in your meals. There is an option of skipping a certain meal while doubling a different meal on a particular day. Just email us at
Questions about food storage
Our meals are fully cooked and ready to eat. Freezing and reheating is not recommended, as it may result in spoilage and loss of flavours, textures, and nutritional value.
Our dishes do not contain preservatives, so we recommend eating them within 48 hours of delivery. Food should not be removed from the sealed packaging that it arrives in until consumption time. Refrigeration is recommended.
Since Hach Food dishes are ready-to-eat, they can be consumed without heating, but better flavors and digestibility are achieved when preheating food.
Meals arrive in BPA-free food-grade plastic containers that retain all the properties of the dishes while sealed and can be heated in the microwave.
